Forgot password

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll send a secure reset link.

Lost access to biometrics / device

Self Forge encrypts your data on-device with a key protected by your biometrics or passcode. If you lose access to the device, the encrypted data on it cannot be recovered — by design. A fresh install starts a new local database; your account (email + subscription) is separate and can be restored on a new device by signing in.

Delete my data

In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account from our systems and wipes local data on the device. Takes effect immediately; confirmation email within 24 hours. For a data export before deletion, email [email protected].

Therapist linking

Your therapist must accept an invite code you generate in the app. You control which data types they can see, and every access — granted, denied, or revoked — is in your audit log.

Partner sharing

Both people have to opt in. Either of you can revoke any data type at any time; the other side loses access immediately.

Status & known issues

If something looks broken, check your inbox for a notification email before reporting. We reach out directly when an incident affects you.
